End of Voyage Declaration – Shipments Destined for Arabian Gulf


Dear Valued Customer, Considering recent geopolitical developments and the sensitive security environment affecting maritime navigation and vessel operations in the Arabian Gulf region,

United Africa Feeder Line DMCC (UAFL). In order to safeguard the safety of vessels, crew, cargo, and the integrity of our operations, UAFL hereby declares an End of Voyage for shipments currently under the carrier’s custody and intended for ports within the Arabian Gulf region. This decision has been taken in accordance with the terms and conditions of the UAFL Bill of Lading. Accordingly, customers are kindly requested to note the following: - Cargo presently on board UAFL vessels, in transit, and destined to Arabian destinations may be discharged at the nearest safe and suitable port at the carrier’s discretion. - Upon discharge at such port, the cargo will be placed at the disposal of the consignee or cargo interests, and the carrier’s contractual obligations in respect of carriage to the originallynominated port of discharge shall be considered fulfilled. - Any costs, expenses, or liabilities arising from diversion, discharge, storage, handling, or onward transportation of the cargo shall be for the account of the cargo interests, in accordance with the applicable Bill of Lading terms and conditions. - In case the customers plan to change their destination to an alternative port, they may coordinate with their respective UAFL office or appointed agents to make the necessary arrangements. UAFL continues to closely monitor the evolving situation and remains committed to maintaining service continuity across its network wherever operational conditions permit.
