General Rate Increase (GRI) – China and South East Asia to Zanzibar - Effective Date: 7th June
Dear Valued Customer, We would like to inform you that due to ongoing operational challenges in Zanzibar, United Africa Feeder Line (UAFL) will be implementing a General Rate Increase (GRI) on all cargo moving from all load ports in China and South East Asia to Zanzibar, effective 7th June. The GRI will be applied as follows: ? USD 300 per 20’ container ? USD 600 per 40’ container This adjustment is necessary to ensure the continued reliability and sustainability of our service into Zanzibar. The additional costs incurred due to local operational constraints require us to take this step in order to maintain our service standards and continue serving your needs efficiently. The GRI will be applied as follows: • USD 300 per 20’ container • USD 600 per 40’ container Effective vessels: GMZ Service: C.C. Fuzhou, Voyage 0PN3VS1MA ETA JEA: 16/JUN MEX Service: UAFL Dubai, Voyage 219 ETA JEA: 30/JUN This adjustment is necessary to ensure the continued reliability and sustainability of our service into Zanzibar. The additional costs incurred due to local operational constraints require us to take this step in order to maintain our service standards and continue serving your needs efficiently.
